Friday, November 15, 2024 (8:00 AM - 3:00 PM) (CST)

Description

The HADA Technician Competition, presented by Ally and the ASE Education Foundation, is an exhilarating showcase of automotive talent. Fifteen high school teams compete in various automotive disciplines, including Preventative Maintenance Inspection and Repairs, Location of Fuse Panels and Relays, Navigation of Service Information and Reading Wiring Schematics, Documentation/Typing/Writing on Repair Orders, and Navigation and Use of Factory Scan Tools.

The Student Automotive Tech Competition provides an invaluable opportunity for these young talents to showcase their skills. It fosters a connection between the automotive industry and the next generation of technicians. Winners advance to the North Texas Auto Dealers Technician Competition to win scholarship prizes and job opportunities.

New this year, automotive companies can also exhibit at the Career Fair to recruit juniors and seniors from high school automotive programs across greater Houston. Booth space is $500 for a 10x10 and can be purchased through the registration link.
